Location great for those new to area and for those "re-locating." A full service bank and library right around the corner. Two blocks walk to Dollar Tree, Family Dollar, Aldi Foods, and Planet Fitness. Walgreens at corner, Taco Bell next door and Wendy's right across the street just to name a few.
